CitiStatSMART Meetings are regular performance management sessions between the Mayor’s Office, CitiStatSMART team and agency leadership using data analysis to discuss performance, identify problems, diagnose causes and direct resources to solve problems. BBMR, DHR and BCIT are also included in these meetings.
Major Stat meetings are issue-based and cross-agency focusing on the Mayor’s priorities – Making Baltimore Safe, Keeping Baltimore Healthy, Engaging Baltimore’s Youth and Moving Baltimore Forward.
Current Major Stat Meetings:
The Mayor’s Violence Reduction Initiative (VRI) meets daily (initiated November 2017)
Procurement, Inclusion & Equity (PayStat) meets monthly (initiated March 2018)
RecruitStat (initiated February 2018)
Mini Stat meetings are agency specific and based on performance agreements between the Mayor’s Office, CitiStatSMART team, BBMR and agency leaders establishing priorities, goals, objectives, measures and data collection plans to track and evaluate performance.

DOT (initiated April 2018, monthly)
DPW (initiated April 2018, monthly)
Fire (initiated October 2018, bi-monthly)
Recreation and Parks (initiated November 2018, bi-monthly)
